Client wanted to outsource the entire activities namely Data entry, Data verifying and processing Services to the offshore center in India. For faster and quicker data entry in the stipulated time and maintain quality standards at a much lower cost for better profits. |
The Implementation
Mercury has formed a delivery management team comprising of the Program Manager and Data processing executives.
Program Manager is the single point contact for the Client for providing all the services.
The program manager is responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of work to the executives, their shifts, training, implementation and execution of all the required work so as to maintain and satisfy the project requirements.
Program Manager is in direct contact with the program manager of the Client to get the required jobs for completing the forms on a daily basis ensuring the quality benchmark and required production is adhered.
The feed back on the forms processed for the day, production and quality reports are generated at the Client and is shared to the program manager on a daily basis or a two-day basis and a consolidated report is generated on a weekly and monthly basis which is shared to the executives for a feed back in improving the quality of work. Executives who do not meet the required standards will have to undergo a retraining program to qualify them and join back the team adhering the required program parameters. |
