1. To ensure all projects / programmes are managed to customer and agreed requirements , delivering to timescales, acceptance criteria, quality criteria and contractual commitments
2. To be accountable for the project and management of all elements of the project/programme
3. To ensure that the project is being managed in accordance with the chosen project management methodology or agreed processes and procedures with regard to :

• Project planning
• Project control
• Project reporting
• Project documentation including maintenance of appropriate review documentation and audit trails
• Project quality plan including projects and risk reviews
• Risk analysis and risk management
• Change control (with both customers and suppliers)

1. To ensure appropriate and timely reporting and escalation to the Delivery Head , customer  and initiate timely, corrective action where required
2. To demonstrate a practical approach to methods, tools, and techniques and to promote and implement best practice
3. To contribute to Manpower Planning and Succession Planning in accordance with agreed processes and procedures.

The ideal person would have total 8+ years of experience in the IT industry. Excellent experience in managing multiple dot net projects is required.
Excellent experience on C#, ASP.net and SQL Server is mandatory.
Experience in handling product development.
3-4 years of experience in the capacity of Project Lead / Project Manager would

Min of 3 years in Sales in IT consulting and IT Project Staffing Solutions preferably in US.                            

• Commercial Experience of at least 6 years working in Sybase (preferably Sybase 12.0).
• Unix Shell Scripting
• Perl Scripting
• Autosys Administration
• Exposure to MS SQL Server as a database.
• Excellent Communication and client-interaction skills

• Strong knowledge & experience around application development life cycle.
• Strong Database background in Sybase (Programming and Performance Tuning point of view)
• Strong Perl scripting or any other scripting experience
• At least 6 years of experience on all above skills
